We will focus on dynamic stretching, increasing range of motion and myofascial release techniques that you will also be able to utilize at home. Stability exercises will also be highlighted for deep core control, scapular stability, and hip control. This class will not be high intensity or make you sweat, but will focus on helping the body function more efficiently and prepare for the next week of training.
