Strength training mixed with endurance training
Hybrid training can be defined as a unique concept in which you combine two seemingly opposite training types. In our case we are combining strength training with endurance training! When done with consideration of all the training variables and intelligent programming, individuals are able to excel simultaneously in both strength and endurance activities. In most cases they work in a synergistic fashion to achieve new found adaptations that helps to create a complete athlete.
