If you want to lift heavy weights with a small group of like-minded awesome people then consider joining our Group Strength classes. You’ll receive a high-level private coaching experience at a fraction of the cost. Pre-registration is required to secure your spot.
We will take you through a full body workout twice per week with an additional day programmed in for you to complete on your own. Programs are periodized over four week training blocks to keep classes interesting and challenging with an emphasis on continual progression of the big three – deadlift, squat, and bench press.
