What is the conference about?Move Better, Trainer Smarter, Get Bigger
This September L2 Fitness will be bringing the first of its kind conference to Edmonton, AB. This two day event will feature two highly sought after fitness professionals, Dr. Mike Israetel and Dean Somerset. This duo will be dropping knowledge bombs all weekend long! Each one will take over the gym for an entire day for a combination in theory, lecture followed by practical hands-on sessions in Mobility, Movement, Nutrition and Training.
Better Movement, Stronger Results.
How do you tell whether the reason a client can't put their arms over their head is because of reduced thoracic motion or impaired glenohumeral control? What if there's a structural restriction in their hips that's keeping them from squatting to the depth you feel they should be able to hit? This workshop will help you figure out what to do with your client with laser-like precision, and spend less time trying stuff out, and more time focused on getting results.
Blending assessments, corrective strategies, and solid training sequences all systematized to work on specified limitations that are standing in your clients way of seeing success with their movements and programs, you'll leave this workshop having a plan of action to work with every client, regardless of their goals or limitations.
Train Smarter, Get Bigger.
Should you be bulking or cutting? How long and at what rate? How much volume should you be doing to bring up that lagging body part? Learn the ins-and-outs of nutrition and training for hypertrophy. You will not only learn the fundamentals in proper nutrition and training but you will learn hands on techniques and strategies that you can apply directly to your training and your clients.
